Card on file
All appointments must be booked online and hold a card on file to secure your appointment. I cannot see your card info, this is strictly to enforce the Cancellation policy and No Show policy.

Late Arrival Policy
A 10 minute grace period is allowed, Please let me know if you’re running late. If it exceeds further than 10 minutes the appointment will be automatically cancelled and will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked. This to ensure all clients get serviced at the time they booked, it is unfair to the next client when I start running late into their appointments.

Cancellation policy
If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled anything less than 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee 50% of the service. You will have the responsibility to cancel or reschedule your appointments with the automated text and email the booking site sends to you. Although I understand things happen this policy is standard in the industry especially for small businesses to protect us from last minute cancellations. We allocate specific times for each client and some days have waiting list. The policy is equally enforced for all, for any reason. Thank you!

Children/Extra Guests
No children are allowed in suite. This is the time for you to be serviced which means you will be laying down or your eyes will be closed for the duration of your service and for safety reasons. Extra guest not being serviced or not accompanying a minor will be seated in the waiting area located on the 1st or 2nd floor.

No Show Policy
No shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service booked. If the card on file is declined, a notice will be sent that fees must be paid before booking again. If continued, you may be at risk to be banned from booking with me. Please respect my time as I do yours.
